Can I still sign up?
After careful consideration, we’ve made the decision to discontinue this subscription box. The May 2025 box will be the final one we ship and are no longer accepting new orders.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, we’ll email from hello@cookwithbonappetit.com to let you know and will include your tracking info. You can also log into your account here or contact customer care here for status updates.
When does the Cook with Bon Appétit Box ship?
We ship within 2-4 business days from processing on or around the 10th of each month. Please note that the May 2025 box is the final box that will ship.
I never received my box...now what?
Uh oh! First, check to see if we shipped your order and check your tracking details. If it says delivered but you haven’t received it, contact our Customer Care Team here. If your package hasn’t moved in 5 days, let us know and we’ll sort it out. If you haven’t received our shipping email and don’t see the charge, we may have an issue billing you.
I am allergic to one of the ingredients in my box. What should I do?
The Cook with Bon Appétit Box collaborates with third-party brands and manufacturers. While we take utmost care to ensure the quality and safety of our products, we cannot be held liable for any unlikely adverse reactions that may occur. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review the box and its contents upon delivery, inspect all products and their ingredients before use or consumption, and follow any included instructions for safe food storage, handling and preparation. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our customer care team.
I loved one of the ingredients from a previous month and I can’t find it anywhere! Can I buy it through my membership?
We’re so happy to hear you loved your box. If we have the ingredient available, we’re happy to sell it to you. If not, we’ll help you find it elsewhere. Either way Contact our Customer Care Team here and we’ll be more than happy to help.

Do Cook With Bon Appétit Gift Cards expire?
Since the Cook with Bon Appétit Box is being discontinued, any unused amounts on Gift Cards will be refunded to the original form of payment. This will be processed by May 30, 2025. Please allow 5-7 business days for this to appear back in your account.
General Gift Card Terms
Gift Cards are only available in USD and memberships can only be fulfilled to US addresses. Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods on cookwithbonappetit.com. Eligible purchases and pricing of such goods are subject to change in our sole discretion. Any remaining account credit associated with a cookwithbonappetit.com account following redemption of a Gift Card cannot be transferred to other accounts. Memberships purchased with Gift Cards will be automatically renewed after the applicable term expires unless otherwise cancelled.
Gift Cards are single-use. If used at checkout, the Gift Card amount will be applied to the total purchase amount at checkout. Gift Card balances cannot be used for recurring payments on subscriptions. If the Gift Card holder's purchase exceeds the amount of the Gift Card's balance or available credit, the Gift Card holder must pay the difference.
Gift Cards are not returnable for a cash refund, redeemable for cash, or redeemable for more than face value. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards without notice. In such instances, other than for suspected fraud, we will elect to produce a refund or a replacement Gift Card. We reserve the right to correct the balance of Gift Cards issued in an incorrect denomination if we believe that a clerical or accounting error has occurred.
My box and/or some of its contents arrived damaged. Can I get replacements?
Oh no! We want you to have a flawless experience every time. Contact our Customer Care Team here and we’ll make it right.
One of the items is missing from my box. Can I get it sent to me separately?
Every box comes with a mini magazine that lists out what comes in that box. So if something is listed in the mini magazine that's not in your box, contact us here and we’ll ship it out or send an item of the same value.
